Can I pick someone's brain.

On my mates POPLA response from horizon they have stated the contract they have with Tesco was till 2022. Does that mean anything issued after is invalid?

Yes, unless it was renewed, in which case it would be current and they should have said so

So a Popla comments point could be, no landowner authority because the submitted contract expired 2 years ago

This is the witness statement regarding landowner agreement for Tesco Greenford Hoover Building.

I am hoping I have read it right the agreement is between 2014-2022

If you dont mind double checking the contract they have with Tesco

You can state that the evidence is only a witness statement provided by the agent for the parking company, doesn't seem to be signed by anyone at Tesco and in any caseexpired over 2 years ago, so no current landowner authority flowing from the landowner to the parking company Claimant

So it seems it was withdrawn by Horizon while at the tribunal stage  

Don't know why they escalated??
