Horizon Parking Ticket at Tesco Hoover Building - POPLA appeal
Comments
-
Can I pick someone's brain.
On my mates POPLA response from horizon they have stated the contract they have with Tesco was till 2022. Does that mean anything issued after is invalid?0 -
Yes, unless it was renewed, in which case it would be current and they should have said so
So a Popla comments point could be, no landowner authority because the submitted contract expired 2 years ago3 -

This is the witness statement regarding landowner agreement for Tesco Greenford Hoover Building.
I am hoping I have read it right the agreement is between 2014-2022
Thanks for the help0 -

If you dont mind double checking the contract they have with Tesco
Can I write no landowner authority0 -
You can state that the evidence is only a witness statement provided by the agent for the parking company, doesn't seem to be signed by anyone at Tesco and in any caseexpired over 2 years ago, so no current landowner authority flowing from the landowner to the parking company Claimant2
