In future dont rush in, get advice! This is still a horrible situation as its going to cost you a lot of money but obvioulsy not as much as if there was no plan and you oculd not complete. 

I am glad you got this sorted because I was a bit worried. 

Let us know when you get it fully sorted with a proper mortgage and not just a bridge.
