DRO
Options
I am eligible for a DRO but haven’t applied yet and not sure if I should anymore. Basically, upon understanding that I’m eligible for a DRO, I got ahead of myself and maxed out my credit and got new catalogues for christmas presents and myself. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but now it’s haunting me with the fear of my DRO getting rejected or creditors objecting to the DRO if it somehow gets approved.
This is as truthful as I can get, should I tell my local Citizens Advice what I have told you as well?

Give it a couple of months before progressing it. If you want to leave it till around May you can put a year's council tax in it. As soon as you get the 'you have lost the right to pay in instalments' letter0

Leave it a few months and go in fresh. You only need to answer questions you are asked. And you don't need to use CAB0
