Hi all, does anyone have knowledge or experience of any deductions / withholding from dividend payments from either Germany, Norway, Netherlands, France or Spain ?

Thanks, the question is how much or what % is withheld or deducted from dividends if investing in shares in those countries from the UK as a UK taxpayer ?0

The one thing I notice with that list is that it states Germany's as 25%. Usually you're charged another 1.375% for, IIRC, a state and reunification tax, so 26.375% in total.

Thanks wmb194 .. I shall look at this, after TUI was moved to Germany, and I’ve got my eye on VW and one or two other stocks from Norway and Spain that pay attractive divvies, time to do my homework.0
