Lloyds and Halifax issue

So sometime last month via the Lloyds and Halifax app I updated my name using passport & selfie! to change it from Mr First Last name to Mr First Name Middle Name Last Name! 

When I go into the app & online banking it still shows First Name Last Name!

Statements still says Mr First Name Middle initial Last Name

Debit Card says full name!

so has anyone else with Halifax & Lloyds got it to show full name in app & online banking or is it something they can’t do! 

All my other banks have my full name which is how I prefer for it to show!

Descrabled

Lloyds, BOS, and Halifax all apps show first name and surname with no title (Mr, Mrs or Ms) and no middle initial or middle name. So John Doe.

All statements have title, first initial, middle initial, and surname. So Ms A B Doe.

COP is first name, and Surname or first initial, and Surname. So Anne Doe or J Doe or indeed J and A Doe.

Barclays Barclaycard statements show

First Name Middle Name Last Name! 

App says first & last name!

Natwest show full Name app & statements!

Halifax & Lloyds when I spoke to them (phone and live chat) some say can have full name some say I can’t that’s what I am confused about!

so have no clue as prefer my full name shown
