I've contacted Courvoisier to tell them they are misinterpreting Scottish Alcohol Legislation.

The Ts & Cs don't include Scotland for entries. I think you may be misinterpreting Scotlands Alcohol Legislation there is no restriction on providing alcohol as prizes so long as it is not for consumption on the premises where the prize is presented. 

I have queried this with several companies in the past and they have all reallised that they have not read the Scottish legislation accurately. Waitrose legal team apologised to me and sent me a voucher for their mistake. The legislation is here if you want your legal team to read it:

"Subject to sub-paragraph (3), a drinks promotion is irresponsible if it— offers alcohol as a reward or prize, unless the alcohol is in a sealed container and consumed off the premises." 

Since your prize is in a sealed container and will be sent to the prize winner it is not an irresponsible drinks promotion.

Please amend your Ts & Cs to allow me to enter the competion

Perfect, assumed it was something to do with covering themselves around the Scottish Alcohol Legislation.. I have now also contacted them regarding it, so fingers crossed!
