1. The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry and have a current UK driving license.
   3.2 The Competition is open to residents of the UK.
   3.3 Employees of Read Motor Group and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
   3.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
2. How to Enter:
   4.1 To enter, participants must:
   • Complete the entry form to enter.
   • Entries must be submitted by 20th November 2024 (the "Closing Date"). Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
   • All entries must be made via the form and include the correct contact information. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
3. Prize:
   5.1 3 winners will receive a track day experience in the MG Cyberster at Cadwell Park, Louth, Lincolnshire, on 24th November 2024.
   5.2 The prize includes:
   • Track time in the MG Cyberster.
   • Professional driving instruction and coaching.
   • All necessary safety gear (helmet).
   • The prize does not include travel to and from Cadwell Park, accommodation, meals, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned above. The winner is responsible for all such costs.
   • The winner must agree to participate in the event on the date provided and may not transfer or substitute the prize.
   • No cash alternative will be offered.
4. Winner Selection:
   6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
   6.2 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form within 1 working day after the Closing Date.
   6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 2 days of notification, Read Motor Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Event Details:
   7.1 The prize is a single track day for the winner on 24th November 2024, at Cadwell Park, Louth, Lincolnshire.
   7.2 Participants must arrive at the track at the designated time provided in the winner’s notification.
   7.3 The winner must be able to drive and provide proof of a valid UK driving license on the day of the event.
   7.4 The winner must adhere to all rules and regulations set by Read Motor Group and Cadwell Park during the event. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the event.
   7.5 Participants must be in good health and capable of safely operating a motor vehicle. If requested, a medical certificate may be required.
6. Personal Data:
   8.1 By entering this Competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by Read Motor Group for the purposes of administering the Competition and contacting the winner.
   8.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of administering the event and delivering the prize.
   8.3 Entrants have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with data protection laws.
7. Publicity:
   9.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including but not limited to social media posts, press releases, and promotional materials.
   9.2 The winner may be required to provide a photograph or video at the event, which may be used for promotional purposes.
   9.3 By entering the Competition, you agree to allow Read Motor Group to use your name and image in connection with the promotion of the Competition without additional compensation.
8. Liability:
   10.1 Read Motor Group and its affiliates will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
   10.2 Read Motor Group and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent or hinder entry into the Competition or affect the delivery of the prize.
9. Force Majeure:
   11.1 If for any reason the Competition cannot proceed as planned (due to technical failure, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.), Read Motor Group reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition without prior notice.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
    12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. General:
    13.1 Read Motor Group reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, and all participants will be bound by any such changes.
    13.2 If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
