    100% scam, Obviously written by someone with little knowledge of the English legal system.

    Rossendale's became Marston's in 2022.

    Easy way to tell a scam email is to check the email it originated from, if you click on the email address it was sent from it will likely be from some obscure .com address you will not of heard of, whilst genuine emails will come from a Marston`s no reply account.

  • Glad I came across this on a Google search. I received the exact same email last month and again yesterday. Always a red flag when there’s no reference number, the company the debt is with or the amount. I replied and it took 12 days to reply. I basically said if they don’t reply with the amount and nature of the debt I would be going to the police. They basically told me I have to provide them with the reference number. I feel sorry for elderly people that would fall for this

    The problem with replying to these E Mails is they now know you will reply and they could easily pass your E Mail on to other scammers so watch out for other scams and don't reply to any of them.
    If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.
