FINAL NOTICE BEFORE LEGAL ACTION Dear, me We must now proceed with enforcement by removal and sale of your goods. You should note that if we do have to attend your premises (and we haven't already) the further fees on your case will be at least £370.00. For each of the fees above, if your debt is more than £1500 there will be an additional sum equal to 7.5% of the debt over £1500, on both the Enforcement Stage fee and Sale Stage fee.
Please note - all costs are set by statute. They are not set by the Rossendales. More help is available You can contact one of the organization(s) offering free, impartial advice. You must contact help@themoneyadvice.org immediately to avoid the possibility of having your goods removed for sale.
We have made various attempts to contact you and given you many opportunities to respond us regarding your debt owed. Despite our contact, we have still not received a satisfactory response from you.
Failure to pay as ordered will make you liable for further enforcement action, unless you pay the full balance immediately. This could include:
- Deductions from your earnings
- Deductions from your benefit
- A warrant of control being issued to the enforcement agents to take control of your goods (which will incur additional costs)
- Warrant for your arrest to return you to court
- Increasing your fine by 50%
- Clamping, removal and sale of your vehicle
- Registering the account in the Register of Judgements, Orders and Fines (affecting your ability to obtain credit)
- If after these sanctions have been imposed your fine remains outstanding the court may order that you are imprisoned for non payment.
Sale – If we proceed to sale stage there will be a further fee of at least £160.00.
Please note - all costs are set by statute. They are not set by the Rossendales.
We hope you and those close to you are staying safe.

FWIW I've always seen these types of emails as scams. This sort of thing is really important, right? If this kind of thing had to be communicated to a debtor, surely they'll do it in actual hard writing? A letter?
What strikes me when I see this is that there's no info on where to make a payment to, or how to do it, or even what the alleged debt totals in the first place. It just looks threatening and that's it. Further, "at least £xxx"??? You don't know your own actual figures for certain escalations in a debt matter? Finally, if you say you've no debts, I'd just ignore it completely as it's nothing to do with you anyway. Just my first thoughts, I'm in no way experienced enough to make judgement.
Debt @ LBM 01/11/24 - £14,161.59Debt current - £10,845.80

OK Just check your credit record to make sure there is no sign of a CCJ being issued.
Is is possible there could be a parking 'fine'? Is your address up to date on DVLA?
Having said that does the E Mail have your address on it?
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
Seems off.Who would write "They are not set by the Rossendales." (my italics)Rossendales changed their name five years ago. From the above site"all LAA automated letters and LAA templates will use the name Marston Holdings when referring to the collections and enforcement agency or debt recovery company"Who is the email actually from? If you hover over the address you should be able to see the real sender.

themoneyadvice.org is not a real site. Someone may have set up a mail forwarding arrangement but if so, it’s a scam.Fashion on the Ration

I'd check your credit files, Rossendales seem to do enforcement of tax and court related debts.0

Checking files costs nothing aside from some time. I'm not suggesting clicking on any links in the email.0 -
Wonder why they are using the name Rossendales on the email when they are meant to use Marstons and any payments must be made through the Marstons webpage?Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

Guys. It's a total scam. Probably originates from Nigeria or somewhere
Just delete it. The text is riddled with other faults. It's not worth a moment's consideration1 -
It's clearly a scam. It says you replied to it, what did you say in your reply?0
