    Like everyone else has said I bet they never opened the packaging properly.  Years ago I had someone say that the item had not turned up just a box of cornflakes - she wasn't home and her hubby had opened the wrapping but not the actual cornflake box that I had popped the purchase in.  Purchase was safely inside the cornflake box in bubble wrap.

    Eventually, I managed to convince the buyer to open the parcel and they successfully found their item inside. It took me only a week!  :D
