Hi,

For ease of energy account admin and to be more agile when tariffs change etc, I've referred my parents to Octopus Energy and I have put the request in, to transfer from British Gas.

I'm sure most of this will be standard but wondered if anyone has experience of notifying Octopus that they're operating under Power of Attorney? I'll probably call first thing Monday anyway, but thought I'd get anything prepped in the meantime.

Thanks in anticipation.
