Terms & Conditions:

1. Valid entries must be received between 4pm on Friday 8 November and no later than 11.59pm on Sunday 24 November 2024. Entries received outside of these times will not be valid.

2. The Prize for this competition will be a Festive Hamper from Deli-licious Cleethorpes worth at least £50.

3. Only one entry will be accepted per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person and/or email address will be disqualified.

4. The winner will be selected at random from the entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions by a member of the Discover North East Lincolnshire marketing team, whose decision will be final.

5. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the competition closing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. The email will come from a colleague at North East Lincolnshire Council with an @nelincs.gov.uk mailing address. Therefore do make sure you look on your emails after the closing date.

6. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner being uncontactable, Discover North East Lincolnshire will reallocate the prize and award it to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

7. By entering this competition, the winner gives permission for Discover North East Lincolnshire to state the winners name. The Winner may also be asked to participate in a photo which we will use within our digital communications including our website and social media channels and also by Deli-licious.

8. Entrants must be a UK resident and the winner will need to collect their prize from Deli-licious who are located on St Peter’s Avenue Cleethorpes no later than mid December 2024.

9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

10. All entrants to this competition will be added to our mailing list for news and events update emails from Discover North East Lincolnshire. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of emails, but we hope you like our updates!
