Mould on PVC french door

Hi, we've had new PVC french doors installed nearly 2 years ago and there's mould developing on the bottom of one of the doors (on the inside side of the door). The other door is fine. We have cleaned it but it is developing again. Why is this happening? Is there something wrong with that door? Thanks.
