Closed all my parents accounts been granted probate and sold the property. Everything is complete as per the will.

I kept death certificates, will &probate froms.
Plus a list if all the account information ( sort of balance sheet ).

I also made a note of any official reference numbers like NI - astonishingly I needed that for my mum a decade after my dad died in relation to a pensions form.1

Other people also suggest you should also keep- The original birth, marriage and death certificates for the deceased and their spouse, or a copy of any Court orders such as a divorce degree.
