Horizon Parking - Have I cucked myself?

After receiving two parking notices from Horizon Parking, I immediately appealed. Unfortunately I hadn't discovered this website beforehand and immediately named myself as the driver in both.
I was parking for a Ice hockey game at Planet Ice. Horizon own a bunch of parking spots around an abandoned ToysRUs in the area. I didn't realise that the spaces were Horizon owned and not council (council spaces are free after 6pm).
The first one I appealed with (paraphrased):
"I couldn't see any sign in the area at the time of parking"
The second one (paraphrased):
"I crossed over to the council parking spaces and never parked into a horizon space"
Now POPLA is making a decision on the first after Horizon responded. I added comments saying I crossed over (like in the second appeal) and there's no evidence showing I was in a Horizon parking space rather just two pictures of me entering and leaving the area.
Have I cucked myself or how can I at least recover the second one and pay the first if it is rejected?

Horizon are not the landowner, just a parking enforcement contractor , probably working for the site management company
If you are at the popla comments stage, you should highlight their failures to try to win the appeal, but you cannot add new evidence
Ideally you should find out who contracted with Horizon and follow plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, a complaint to the business or management company or actual landowner, to get the PCNs cancelled by the dog, the parking company are just the wagging tail
Ps, the chances are that had you appealed as keeper using POFA you would have won both cases and paid nothing at all
No blabbing in future, advice first, before actions
Which location was it. ?3 -

From WikiPlanet Ice Arena Milton Keynes is a 2,800-capacity multi-purpose ice rink/hockey rink located in Milton Keynes, England, as part of the Leisure Plaza complex (near the Central station).Planet Ice Arena Milton KeynesThe MK Arena, The ThunderdomeFormer names , The Thunderdome, Bladerunner ArenaLocation Planet Ice, 1 South Row, Central Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes MK9 1BL.Owner. AEW UK Ltd
So definitely not owned by Horizon , your Popla evidence pack from Horizon should give landowner details etc2 -

Be aware you will almost certainly lose at POPLA. Appealing straight away was a huge mistake, sorry. Unless POPLA decide that the spaces were not clearly delineated this will be lost and you'll have to defend a court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

lack of experience
scared by legal mumbo jumbo and other 'consequences'
misguided
did not find the community here in the first place

People think it's a fine and don't realise this forum exists until knocked back by 'scammers' who are (in most cases) unreasonable moneygrabbing scumbags after their money ... and suddenly, it all becomes clear.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
