Grant of Confirmation Scotland help

Hi my mum passed away a month ago and I am her exectutor.  She left a will and I am her only child so it should be pretty straight forward.  I have filled in the C1 form so far the only issues I have is how to fill in the inventory.  She has 1 property with no mortgage and a bank account. Can anyone help with how to word the inventory particularly the price of shares collum ? How to word etc too. Any information will be appreciated.

Thanks

There is a lot of information on the Grant of Confirmation thread and elsewhere on the forum.

If the house is on the Land Register and mother was the sole owner- example

Semi-detached Dwelling house 27 Small Street, Renfrew PA4 5SA being the subjects described in the Land Register of Scotland under title number REN 0000

    Valued by BBB surveyors

(or could be ‘valued by executor’)

If it is a flat there might be a need to give a fuller description to be specific.

If still on the Sasines register it would be described differently.

Price of shares is only relevant if the deceased held shares.

I have found more information on other pages. Been a great help. I'm just wondering about declaration what should go in there? I have just my name and address but im assuming it's something more official?
