Depop bank account changed - not by me sale money sent to hacker - no help from Depop

I have recently sold on Depop and when I opened my Depop app it said 'thank you for updating your bank details' which I hadnt, no email received either. I contacted Depop via their support link as I wasnt able to change my bank details back as Depop said you cant as you have already done this (although I hadnt). Depop emailed back to ask for ID, confirm my bank details and to change all of my passwords which I put on two-face auth too. I advised Depop my sale money was due to be sent the following day and could they stop the payment as it wasnt my bank account - no reply from Depop I have continually tried to contact them but nothing other than automated reply! so I watch the next day as my money was sent to this random bank account (£50) my good had been posted, seller received but I have not been paid! and nothing back from Depop, to be honest I feel this is something which is going on within Depop, the customer service is shocking and Im still unable to change my bank details - i want to delete my account as I dont trust it but i cant until the is resolved...where do I stand?

someone has hacked your account, changed bank details and stolen your money

That is a criminal offence and you should report it to the police

From the sort code, find out the bank and report the account number of their customer as committing fraud

Unable to see their full bank details the main issue is depop not helping they will have the full banking details but cant get a response from them…
