That’s right I bought the Apple Air 13 inch m2, at the moment I’m quite happy with it.

Now I need a case, it’s only for  personal day to day use. Any suggestions, £50 would be about my limit

What sort of case are you looking for. A hard shell case, a sleeve type case?

If it is only personal day to day are you really carrying it that much that you need a case? Will it not be in a bag if it moves out of the home?

I suppose it would be a soft case I’d be after. It wouldn’t be out of the house that often it’s just caution on my behalf

After the third high-end laptop, in obvious laptop bag, got snatched on the streets of London, my company at that time issued guidance that company laptops were henceforth to be transported in supermarket carrier bags.

I am using my M2 13inch Macbook all the time, great affordable (well second hand) computer.
On my old plastic Macbook I had one of those hard plastic cases but with this one I haven't bothered as the case seems very robust.
I did get a sleeve bag which I use when taking it out though.
