Email Address to send Witness Statement and Evidence to Please (Can't find it)

Please could some kind person direct me to the table of email addresses.

I need to send in my Witness Statement/evidence to the small claims track and to Parking Eye (and to hteir solicitors DCB Legal?)

Only you know where your hearing is to take place.
Google court finder for possible email addresses.

Of course you need to send your witness statement and evidence to the other side, but only to their solicitors.
Plenty of DCB Legal email addresses around.
Googling that bit in bold suggests response@dcblegal.co.uk might be appropriate.
info@dcblegal.co.uk is also often mentioned on this forum.

Thanks very much Keith P - I was confused about whether it had to go to ccbc@justice.gov.uk or to the court where the case has been moved.

Surprised there's no email address on the DCB Legal website ....  it's almost as though they are trying to obstruct the legal processes they initiate.

1) The NEWBIE sticky states that after you have submitted your defence and DQ, CNBC plays no further part in the process, therefore submitting to the court that you chose on your DQ is the place to send it.
2) Surely not!
