IRN-BRU X CHRISTMAS JUMPER GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry to this promotion is open to all legal residents of Scotland aged 16 or over, except:

A. Our employees,

B. The employees of anyone helping us run this promotion, and

C. The immediate family members of A and B.

2. You’ll need a device with internet browsing capabilities and internet access to enter. Device with QR scanner optional. There will be no requirement to purchase to enter. 

3. We may carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to enter (like requesting proof of ID and age (such as a current passport or driver’s licence) or proof of address (such as a recent utility bill)). 

4. There are two promotional periods as follows:

A. Promotional Period 1 OPENS: 09:00 BST on Monday 4 November 2024, and CLOSES: 23:59 BST on Tuesday 19 November 2024.

B. Promotional Period 2 OPENS: 00:01 BST on Wednesday 20 November 2024, and CLOSES: 23:59 BST on Thursday 5 December 2024.

5. ENTRY: To enter, you must:

A. Either (i) scan the QR code on promotional 24 x 300ml packs or promotional point of sale displays, or (ii) visit https://irn-bru.co.uk/xmasjumper; and

B. Enter your personal details (name, email address, UK postal address and size of Christmas Jumper requested (small, medium and large sizes available)).

You’ll then receive 1 x entry into the relevant promotional period prize draw (see condition 4 for the entry dates for each promotional period). Entries will not be carried forward into subsequent promotional period prize draws. There will be a maximum of 1 x entry per person per weekduring the promotional period.

Entries in one Promotional Period will not carry forward to the next Promotional Period (and vice versa). 

6. ADDITIONAL ENTRY: To receive an extra entry in the relevant promotional period, subscribe to receive marketing emails from IRN-BRU. To opt-in, provide your consent by ticking the box on the form before submission. 

Please note that consenting to receive marketing is not a requirement to enter the Promotion. By ticking the box, you are freely consenting to receive marketing communications. For further information on marketing emails, including how to unsubscribe (available at any time), see condition 23 of these T&Cs. 

7. PRIZE: A limited edition IRN-BRU Christmas Jumper. The sizes of the Prizes that are available to be won are: (i) small, (ii) medium, and (iii) large. A total of 333 jumpers are available to be won in each size category during each Promotional Period. 

8. PRIZE DRAWS:

A. Promotional Period 1 prize draw: we’ll draw 1,000 x winners at random within 3 days of the closing date for Promotional Period 1 (see condition 4 for details of closing date) from all valid entries received in that Promotional Period.

B. Promotional Period 2 prize draw: we’ll draw 1,000 x winners at random within 3 days of the closing date for Promotional Period 2 (see condition 4 for details of closing date) from all valid entries received in that Promotional Period.

The draw for each Promotional Period shall be completed based on the number of entries received for each size of the Prize selected at the point of entry. The Promoter shall endeavour to award all Prizes available to be won. Any Prizes not won will be rolled into the next Promotional Period (where applicable).
