CP Plus missed deadline for appeal

Hello,

I've just realised I've stupidly missed the 28 days appeal for CP plus (it's day 30 now)

It was a window sticker, but barely stuck on. I've had nothing in the post.

Is it worth emailing and trying to appeal now? Is there any way to get a popla number after missing the CP plus deadline?

Have you read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES yet?

Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and the keeper's MP.

Plan B is to appeal as keeper using the template in blue text from the NEWBIES. You should try doing this using the PPC's appeal portal. The worst that can happen is that the system won't let you. If the keeper can't appeal, then wait for the NTK to arrive and then appeal using the blue template.

If the keeper can appeal the NTD, then follow the NEWBIES advice on what to do next if/when the initial appeal is rejected.

At this stage, the most important thing is not to blab about the driver's identity to anyone. Not us, not the landowner nor the keeper's MP, and most importantly, not the PPC.

Thanks! I've successfully appealed a few tickets using the newbie advice but wasn't sure if it applied in cases where the 28 day deadline has been missed

Will a NTK always follow a window sticker?

Yes, if the driver doesn't appeal.

It will if the parking company follow the usual process

If not, then they have no idea who was driving !  Keep it that way, Regardless

Usually, if the keeper hasn't appealed. However, there is a chance it won't if the keeper appeals the NTD and that causes the PPC to forget to send it, which is why we advise people to appeal a NTD from a BPA member.
For IPC members, the advice is to ignore an NTD and wait for the NTK.

    Give it a try anyway.
