Yeh I’ve looked at gambling at a way to get extra cash really and not got much left after my bills etc
recent loan was for £2000 and no arrears on bills just owe a lot to family friends.
How long usually if terminates will I get letter demanding and can I offer a monthly payment to these creditors instead as bankrupt would put me another 6 years until I get good credit again

Firms are normally quite slow to terminate an IVA, but it's hard to put a date on it. When you start to get letters they may not be from who you expect, because debts change hands in an IVA. So no rush to do anything

Hi I’m still going through sending emails to creditfix on a review there doing which I don’t know why they are now as I’ve asked what I needed in a payment break of 6 months but they saying they need to review my accounts before going to creditors to ask to wave the breach etc.
anyone ever had this happen to them and I’ve explained to them that my accounts are not looking realistic last few months as to all the lending and gambling etc. also I’ve had another bank account but I closed this before they asked about seeing that is hat breach to as this looking like breached loads of times for this Iva but it is my first ever time.0
