Problems with new car
I did search before posting but could not find any recent threads.
I have a very long story about ongoing battles, over an 18-month period, with a well known dealer who seem unable to fix multiple issues with my car. The car manufacturer is involved but they just point me towards the dealer.
I was wondering what steps I can take to help me move forward. Ideally, they can have the car back and I'll have a refund but I do not know if this is even a thing. I did read about a Lemon Law but that does not seem to apply to the UK.
Any thoughts appreciated.

New car or secondhand? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
New, well pre-registered. It was in the showroom with 8-miles on the clock.0

If they haven't been able to fix it in 18 months I would be finding another dealer.
What is the car, what are the issues, what is the timeline?1 -
Thank you chart says I have no legal remedy.
I take the car back to the dealer company I purchased it from but I could take it for warranty work to another dealer brand to see what they have to say. This might be my next option. As I mentioned I am in-touch with the manufacturer and waiting to see what they propose.

I think you might be reading the flowchart incorrectly, but this might nto be your fault, it's not very clear. If the faults showed themselves within the first six months and you asked the dealer to fix them within the first six months, you have a legal remedy. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.2

Correct - if it emerged in the first six months. @OP can you share more details about the car / issue?0
