Can I send my fresh PIP claim form in my own enveloppe?

I brought my form to a citizen advice bureau appointment where the person helped me with filling it out, typing answers on her laptop. At the end she said she'll send me the form filled out for me. I don't remember it but I assume I gave her the empty form with the enveloppe.
I did receive the form filled out. But the enveloppe is gone.
Can I use my own enveloppe and simply copy the destination address indicated at the end of the form (the one supposed to be visible through the transparent area of the provided enveloppe)? If so, which postage shoud I ask at the post office in order to replicate the one corresponding to the enveloppe provided by the DWP?

The envelope you send it in will make no difference. It should be a free post address so just ask for proof of postage, which is free from any post office. This will be proof you posted it if the form gets "lost" and also make sure you keep copies for yourself of everything you send.4
