DCB legal issued notice of discontinuation - what to do next

DCB legal has issued me with a notice of discontinuation for a case currently scheduled for 28th November.
The notice was issued on 28th October, but haven’t heard anything from the court so far and getting a little worried because the 2 week deadline for the witness statement is approaching.
I was working on my witness statement and planned to send it in 2 weeks before the court date (I.e.: end of this week). Would appreciate some advice on what to do now. Should I still complete the witness statement and send it in? Do I wait for the court to contact me about the notice of discontinuation?

Can we see a redacted (of any identifiers) copy of the NoD please.Call the court (or email) and ask for written confirmation of the discontinuation.I'd like to include your case in the DCB Legal Discontinuations thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You won! It is over. For peace of mind, forward DCB's email to the hearing court and ask for them to confirm that the hearing is vacated.
