Saba PCN on Private Land

Hi.
Back on the platform, since my last PCN infringement that I successfully appealed.
Today, I received a Saba issued PCN on my windscreen, whilst parking in one of three car parks at the local train station (same as last time). This particular car park is privately owned by Saba so I don’t believe there’s a case to appeal against railway byelaws, unlike the other two car parks.

Why the PCN? Annoyingly, I paid for the ticket but selected the wrong vehicle reg! Stupidly, for those of you who know the Saba app, will know there’s a shortcut on the opening screen to quickly repeat pay for a ticket based on your last transaction which I really should have double checked.
For the last several weeks, I have consistently paid my parking for vehicle reg 1, however last week the car went in for a service, and so I parked and paid for vehicle reg 2. This is clear in my Saba transaction history. My only hope for appeal is human error but appreciate this might be clutching, based on past behaviour, as I understand terms are applicable for the vehicle reg in question.
Grateful for any suggestions on my chances of appeal.

Appeal and tell them the error. They'll settle for £20 because they have to. Pay it & move on!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
