Slow central heating leak

It's probably had a concrete floor put down at some point. There could be a DPM under the concrete and the pipes are usually laid on top of the concrete and buried in a sand/cement screed. I helped a friend of mine who had an 80's house and had some damp issues that a firm had told him were damp course related. I dug up part of the screed and found a leak near the rad at one of the joints.Strummer22 said:
It's about 1860. I'm actually not sure what the ground floor is made of, I'd better pull up a corner of carpet and have a look.stuart45 said:How old is the property?
Having a DPM means the damp stays in the slab longer.0
