Terms and Conditions: NFL Ultimate Fan Cave Terms and Conditions By entering the NFL Ultimate Fan Cave Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). 1. The Prize Draw is open to UK/Northern Ireland/Channel Islands residents aged 18 and above only. 3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter. 4. No purchase is necessary to enter. 5. The Prize Draw will open at 0000(BST) on 31 October 2024 and close at 2359(GMT) on 22 November 2024 (“Prize Draw Period”). 6. There is one Prize available to be won in total, consisting of Samsung 75 inch TV ( QE75QN95DATXXU), a Samsung Soundbar (HW-Q930D/XU) and NFL merchandise (from the official NFL online shop at https://europe2.nflshop.com/ ) worth up to £300 (the “Prize”). 7. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize. 8. To enter, Participants must fill out their name, email and phone number on the entry form hosted on Samsung.com during the Prize Draw Period (“Entry”). 9. Maximum of one Entry per Participant. 10. The winner of the Prize will be the Participant chosen at random from all valid Entries. 11. The winner will be notified by 2359 GMT on 28 November 2024 via the email address or phone number on their entry form. 12. Winners will have 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize by confirming their delivery address and the winner’s chosen NFL merchandise (from the official NFL online shop) worth up to £300. 13. The Samsung 75 inch TV ( QE75QN95DATXXU) and Samsung Soundbar (HW-Q930D/XU) will be delivered to the winner’s delivery address within two (2) weeks of the winner claiming their prize in accordance with clause 12 above. 14. The NFL merchandise will be delivered to the winner’s delivery address within one (1) calendar month from the winner claiming their prize in accordance with clause 12 above. 15. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time and form required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 16. The winners will be announced on or around 3 December 2024. Details of the winners will be published on the entry form website. 17. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Promotion and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of all winners.
