Dividend Shares in Share Incentive Plan

Hi
I've recently been made redundant. I have shares in a SIP made up of Partnership shares, Matching shares and Dividend shares and have been told I need to sell/transfer them within 30 days.
I understand there is no income tax or CGT due if I sell from the plan as I'm a "good leaver", does this include the dividend shares within the SIP too?
Thanks for any guidance 😃
