Online retailer has had my electric fence energiser for repair since August 2024 now won’t answer

I purchased an electric fence energiser from an online retailer Agri Supply in July 2023 it has a 5 year warranty. It stopped working in August 2024 so I contacted the company and they sent me a returns postage label so I sent it back at the end of August 24. 
I have contacted them many times and if I speak to them at the beginning of the week, they say I will get it back at the end of the week and if I speak to them at the end of the week I will get it back at the beginning of the week. It is now November and still no sign of it. 
I have spoken to the company who manufactured it and they say it was due to be collected from Agri Supply a couple of weeks ago. 
I’ve tried emailing Agri supply and the email bounced back, there is no reply to their phone I’ve left messages and tried their online chat, no reply.
what can I do now? 
I paid using a debit card , it was over £150 so not cheap. 
Any suggestions please

    No options via your card company, so all you can do is to continue to pursue the retailer until you feel that court action would be justified.

    I would assume the company that manufactured it.  So they can fix it.  Under warranty.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    I would assume the company that manufactured it.  So they can fix it.  Under warranty.
    So would I , but if the manufacturer has not yet collected it I would have thought the OP would ask why not and when they intend to do so. 

    The OP seems to have left it in limbo.
