  • I would not even use the template response and ONLY reply telling them about the double dip scenario and your plan to counterclaim for damages for distress if they do not drop it.

    The middle paragraph itself is too long and should be split here:

    "Clearly they have not fully reviewed the fully ANPR images..."

    Remove everything from the template.  Your case is different.
    Thank you. All done. Have had the following response. As I have already said in my appeal I do not have any other evidence to prove my whereabouts.

    How do you advise I reply? If at all.

  • I have since had emails like the one below from BW legal. They appeared to have extended the date to when they say I need to pay by to 30/12. Originally it was the start of that month. Is this common?

    Only 2 letters need to be dealt with appropriately 

    Letter of Claim with 30 days notice 

    Or a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL

    Letter of Claim arrived through the post today. So I have 30 days to respond? Can you please link/direct me to the template/instructions as to what I do next and how I respond. Happy New
