Remove everything from the template.  Your case is different.

Thank you. All done. Have had the following response. As I have already said in my appeal I do not have any other evidence to prove my whereabouts.

Ignore that.  Your witness statement will be your evidence-in-chief. You don't need proof.

I have since had emails like the one below from BW legal. They appeared to have extended the date to when they say I need to pay by to 30/12. Originally it was the start of that month. Is this common?

Only 2 letters need to be dealt with appropriately 

Letter of Claim with 30 days notice 

Or a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL
