single supply quantum rad question

Hi,
I had my 3rd quantum QM125RF G6 dimplex radiator installed a few days ago. All are run on single supply. The first two are working fine. As I bought 2nd hand the first two i used the previous owners settings and they work fine. Only setting i changed was heater storage times. I'm on intelligent octopus Go tarif.
It appears this 3rd rad has had factory settings set. This means no daily run time, no 7 day usage , ProgHeat Hours etc is all set to zero. It seems to be stuck on Frost Protect showing 7c. I don't see the the normal temperature like the other two heaters.
Can anyone advice please ?

update. I've gone to factory reset and I now see user timer and temperature . So now how do I change the settings so it stores heat overnight and releases heat during the day ?0

If it's the same as mine you just need to go to the menu and tell it which programme you want...ie at home all day, (which gives 4 "comfort" time zones), or out all day, (which gives 2 "comfort" time zones)...these have default settings for the times the "comfort mode" is in operation, but they can be changed to any times you want in the "modify" option.NB Depending on the age of your model, there are some differences in the menu options...

You need to set the charge times for single wired mode.
https://help.gdhv.co.uk/support/solutions/articles/79000138589-how-do-i-set-charge-times-on-my-qmrf-
These should be set to exactly match your actual meter (*) off peak timings.
And if off peak split across midnight as in the example - pre and post midnight is split out into 2 periods.
(*) Old analogue and digital meters can drift - by mins or hours even - some very old mechanical timers even lose time in a power outage - so can bd hours out. A recent poster had off peak begin mid morning into late afternoon. Digital meters can also have an individual +/-15min offset set - so if regional norm 12-7am - it might be 23:45-06:45 to 00:15-07:15.
And although some only use heaters during clock winter / GMT time, others will need to use well into spring and from late summer - that is during British summer time - so these charge times may need to changed with the clock changes in Mar / Oct.
As to times and target room temps - you may need to Adjust program or simply accept dimplex defaults on new or old users setpoints on second hand if havent been reset for the selected mode.
Bear in mind that as well as frost protection quantums have 3 ? Selectable Heating profiles - user, home all day and out all day
As well as the boost modes that could see you use peak rate electricity and away modes.
This is an old non rf g9 manual - but hopefully similar enough to yours.

The default manual page for rf now downloads g12 versions - seems pretty similar to above

From a few posts there is a different key sequence to get to advanced settings - try this manual version and come back if need be.
