Hi, what are the credit limits, balances to pay and interest rates on each of them please? Have you had a look at the Debt Free Wanabee board for suggestions on money saving yet? They have some great advice on cutting back!0

I owe slightly less than you on one card and that's bad enough so I can imagine it's a handful on numerous cards. How much interest are you paying per month on the higher balance? I've started paying interest on mine which is about £20 a month. I agree first try saving some money and pay it off the higher balance. I force myself to pay at least £100 a month off mine within a few days of being paid so I know it's done and dusted.
Any idea why you're being turned down for another card?0
