Travel Insurance - cheaper to book under couples category supposed to group of two?

Hi,
I’m looking to get travel insurance quotes for my family. Under the "couples" category (two adults), does it have to specifically be a couple, or can it cover a mother and daughter (both adults)? I ask because it seems to be more affordable under the "couple" category than as a group.
Thank you!

It will vary according to the provider however part of the definition is generally that you are in a cohabiting relationship.
So staysure for example specifically says "partners who live together."All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1
