Help on completing C1 form for Confirmation of Estate

1. I am executor alongside my brother and have added the following wording in the declaration, does this look ok:
"along with XXX of [Address], the executor nominate of the said deceased [mothers name], conform to her will dated [date] which is herewith exhibited, docquetted and signed as relative hereto, and that myself, [my name], and the said [brothers name] are both children of the deceased. In said will, I am designed as residing at [old address], a former address.
2. can anyone provide standard wording for docquetting the will, and can this be handwritten on a separate sheet and attached to the will?
3. the name on my mothers will is only 1 forename and surname, however the death certificate includes her middle names, within the declaration I have added my late mothers full name as per death certificate, assume this is correct.
4. Given the value of bank accounts and shares are below certain thresholds, i do not need to include them in the inventory, i will only include her house, do i need to state where the value has come from e.g. zoopla

Page 6 of the C3 document (i.e. 'Notes to help you fill in form C1') gives wording to be used in the docqueting of wills, codicils, etc.1

And re 4: me understanding is that everything needs to be included in the Inventory, Which 'thresholds' are you referring to?0

Here are some suggestions.
Use mother’s full name on page 1 and page 2.
for para 2:
That I am
along with XXX of [Address], the executor nominate of the said deceased conform to her will dated [date] which is herewith exhibited, docquetted and signed as relative hereto, and that myself and the said [brothers name] are both children of the said deceased. In said will, I am designed as residing at [old address], a former address, and the said deceased, [full name] is named in the said will as [will name.]
The will docquet needs written on the will. There is a will docquet example at Grant of Confirmation - Page 59 — MoneySavingExpert Forum
The inventory is a list of the whole estate.
House value. Show value estimated by executor. If the house is to be sold, consider the potential for capital gains tax if it sells for more than the stated value. So do not understate the potential house value if the estate is within the excepted estate's limit.

Thank you @durks @buddy9
regarding the thresholds, I contacted both TSB and Equiniti and they each advised that if the value of the holdings are less than £50k and £2k (equiniti) I do not need to list anything on the C1, in actual fact for TSB they said they will release the funds to the executor via an online submission....I will double check this and report back to this forum, I am likely to have misinterpreted...it may be they don't need a separate letter of confirmation specific to the holdings.
Another question, where it states "place of death" do I need to give the full address as per death certificate or is the town sufficient?
Thank you in advance0 -
Town Is normally sufficient for place of death.
Banks etc will normally release funds up to a certain threshold without requiring the executor to produce Confirmation. But this has no effect on what is listed in the inventory. Where an executor requires to obtain Confirmation, then the whole estate is listed in the inventory.
