[Urgent] Please help me. I got a CCj.

Hi,

I received two PCNs in November 2022 and December 2022 from Baysentey Solutions LTD. I went to the gym and stayed over. I tried to appeal a PCN in November 2022 but they rejected it. Then I ignored all PCN letters.

In August 2024, I received a letter of claim from DCL Legal LTD. Then I ignored that. Then in September 2024, I received a claim form. I completed the Acknowledgment of service in MCOL in September but I forgot to send a defence to the court. Last week I received a letter about The judgment that was issued against you on XX/10/2024 and I had a CCJ in my credit report.

I can't see that you have any option but to pay the sum now demanded.
Pay it within the timescale allowed to avoid that County Court Judgment remaining on file for the next six years.

I am going to apply set aside. I contacted my gym and told them my situation. They sent me a journey for the dates. Could I put this to my WS for evidence to prove I went to the gym?

Could I say I didn't I didn't receive any PCN letter after I appealed the first letter?

    Thank you guys

I could see a CCJ in my credit report. My credit report shows that CCJ or trust deed was added. Should I pay it? If I pay it, it will wipe my CCJ?

You can say what you like, but google perjury first.

You received a County Court Claim Form and failed to respond to it.
On what grounds would you expect the Judgment to be set aside?

As I said earlier, if you pay the Judgment amount within the timescale allowed, then no lasting Judgment will remain.

Thank you so much. Okay, I will pay it.
