Hi I recently made an order from M&S, the order was for 3 items and I kept one, returned one as not suitable and returned one as damaged on arrival. I returned via Royal Mail using their returns system. I have now recieved an email telling me I have been refunded for one item (damaged skirt) but they have not recieved other item even although it was secure in the bag with the other item and I enclosed a slip of paper about both items. I called this morning to be told they MAY process them separately even although in the same parcel and to call back in 5 days...is this normal??
