Brand new learner driver on road and first time someone drove into back of my moped
Parked my motorcycle in bay and van driver reversed into my motorcycle lucky enough there is only scrach damage and wheels and all that is fine. But Driver did not stay and wait and gave the reg to the store. Just wondering what should do now.

If you have the reg, then you could give it to the police. They won't do a lot if anything at all, but may serve a S172 to get their details so that you can sort it through insurers0

The Moped is going into repair next week to change things that been damage from my crash and just one small little scatch and can buy some paint to cover that up. Double checked moped and eveything is working. So looks like vehicle just bumped it little bit. No point in contacting people for one little scrach that can be easy fixed. If there was big damange yes would contact police and insurance.0
