They have the driver's identification in an entry log. Sadly, the driver lacks a sense of humour as shown in the thread posted yesterday
Given the driver's identification on entering the car park and the additional photos that they have uploaded on the payment portal, do I need to customise the blue text of the template? The main argument is that the car park area was littered with leaves and the bay markings were not visible.
Another point to note is that the black car next to the vehicle in question was parked at an angle so the driver had to park a bit more to the right. I'm not sure of its relevance.

I'm trying to identify who to contact for Plan A but it's unlikely as the Indian Visa Centre at Hounslow doesn't entertain any contact outside a pre-booked in-person appointment and that is only for applicants. I'll call their phone line tomorrow when they open.

Parking was paid using the sippi parking app and it's receipt is in the transaction history.0 -

Appeal as keeper if you feel that you must, using the blue text template, but expect a rejection
Your choices are appeal or ignore, bearing in mind that plan A is actually the best option for obtaining a cancellation1 -
