TA I know what you mean about losing days, I often find I lose a day during the week usually Wednesday or Thursday

DGC are coming home from their Ddad today and DD dad bringing them back. He will stay at ours so have prepped and started cooking beef stew in slow cooker, will make dumplings later.
Christmas fayre in next village today so popping out to that shortly, hopefully find some stocking fillers. 
Still knitting daily to try to finish DGC jumpers for the big day. DGD jumper is ready to be sewn together (not my favourite task) so have started the knitting stage on DGS

Hi everyone,

We had a good time at the wedding yesterday but left before the evening dancing. We would have stayed longer but the friend we took wanted to leave, she asked me after we finished the meal at 5.00 when we wanted to go and looked appalled when I asked if 10 was ok. She said she was ready to leave but I put her off till 7.00. In fairness she was probably feeling the pain of being there without her husband.

I'm going through the children's jigsaws, putting them in bags and including photos so that they take up less room. We've got a few missing pieces but they'll probably turn up. We need to have a tip run and buy some food, I have no idea what atm.
