Cannot receive new debit card as post is stolen from home

Hi,
I have a shared post box, and mail regularly is stolen.
As such, when i order a new debit card, i cannot order it to my address. It is not possible to arrange to pick a new debit card up from a Lloyds Bank branch either.
So how do i receive a new debit card?

If not this, is there a relative or friend whose address you could use?

How is your post Stolen? Have you reported it?0

Do you know someone nearby or at your work with their own front door who you would trust to receive your mail? If so you could potentially use Royal Mail's postal redirection service.0

Order a new card then when it shows in your app / online banking put a block on it until you actually have it in your hand.0

Why is it not possible to arrange to pick a it up at a branch?
If there is not a convenient one, maybe you should consider switching to another bank you can visit.3
