Hi All,
Just wanted to put a post up regarding some recent PCN's I received.
TLDR: Didn't update V5C, found out I had several PCN's I had no idea of due to the fact I had recently moved.
After spending around 3 hours reading the forums. I contacted Pure Gym directly via email CC'ing their CEO.
They have contacted High View Parking to cancel all PCN's.
Most likely not out of the woods yet but I thought I'd share that using Plan A has 'worked' so far for me.

Well done in getting so far. You can always check the High View website to view the current statuses of your PCNs to be certain that they have actioned the gym's requirement to cancel.Don't know what it is between PPCs and gyms, we see so many PCN cases from all across the country, gym members falling foul of a broad range of PPCs.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
