Avoiding Admin Fee (Martin Davies)

Thanks to mse i have just saved almost £200 on my buildings and contents insurance i still cant quite believe i have saved so much,however the question i would like to ask is that every time i change my buildings insurer my building society(portman) who i have my mortgage with charge me £25 admin fee.Is there any way of avoiding this fee

1 - dont tell the lender but make sure the the new policy has the same building sum assured as the renewal policy on the old one.
2 - Change your lender next time your mortgage deal is up.
3 - Pick an insurer that is historically consistent on pricing and not a one year discounter.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
