Support Group is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. You may have been told a timescale for your next review but this doesn't mean you'll be reviewed at that time. In fact I would say the chances of a review at that time are very slim.
When you are eventually reviewed, there's no disabilities that qualify you for the Support Group. What they look at is how those conditions affect you. As you're already in the Support Group if you know which descriptor qualified you in your last work capability assessment then look at that, if that still applies then it will be that. You can see the descriptors here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and-support-allowance/esa-glossary/support-group-descriptors1
