Compared to the scenario where people are cold called from an unknown place near the equator and convinced to transfer money to a fake crypto trading website, here you seem to have a paper trail to the actual owner. 
I'm not an expert, but there's a name, date of birth and location of Gloucester (county) although all the other web registration details are redacted. 

You could try to create a web forum or group for victims and collect information and work as a group to press charges and/or close them down.

My sense is that at the beginning they were a bit rubbish and have now moved on to collecting cheques only and other lessons they've learned.
So early victims may have lots more info on them that is incriminating.
