• The prize is a one-night stay for two people in a Balcony Oceanfront Lookout at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, including breakfast, early check-in and late checkout, and a thematic afternoon tea for two, with two complimentary glasses of champagne.
• The prize is valid until 31 October, 2025
• Advance reservations are required. Details of the prize voucher are required at the time of reservation. For reservations, please call +852 2166 7300 or email fop.reservations@fullertonhotels.com.
• Please present the original copy of the gift voucher upon check-in for redemption.
• The gift voucher is subject to blackout dates and the hotel’s availability at the time of reservation. Please contact our staff for more information.
• Blackout dates apply, inclusive of 21 – 26 & 31 December 2024, 1 & 28 – 31 January 2025, 4 & 18 – 21 April 2025, 1 & 5 & 11 & 31 May 2025, 15 June 2025, 1 July 2025, and 1 & 7 & 29 October 2025.
• Complimentary stay and dining will be offered to two guests only. A supplement charge will be incurred and quoted by the hotel for the additional guest and subject to the hotel’s availability.
• The gift voucher is intended for leisure purposes only and cannot be used for any private event, banquet consumption or commercial purposes.
• The gift voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• In the event of disputes on tickets, the decision of Ocean Park Hong Kong and Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong shall be final.
• The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong will not be obliged to replace the voucher if it is damaged, lost, mislaid, or stolen. Damaged, photocopied, or tampered vouchers will not be accepted.
• In case of any dispute, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
