For any potential housing costs help you'd need to claim Universal Credit.
Have a check to see if you'd be entitled to any:

UC is a completely different benefit to the New style ESA that you've claimed. If you live with a partner you'll need to claim UC as a couple. The ESA will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement. https://www.gov.uk/universal-credit/how-to-claim
If the benefit calculator shows entitlement then you'll need to make sure you report your health condition and provide a fit note within 7 days.1 -
Hi, thankyou for uour help.
I dont live with anyone. The worker at the JObcentre told me to get a sick note and start a claim for ESA so I just did what she said. I should have come on here first to check whats what. xCurrent debt approximately 5000
