Sun tan spray lotion/oil. How many bottles for 26 days in the sun?

I got Hawaiian Tropic Glowing protection 30-SPF to get a beautiful tan. It's a 200ml bottle, and this worked really well for my skin when I went to Dalyan in April. Do you think 2 bottles would be enough for 26 days away in the sun? Or should I buy a few more?

My own experience (Soltan All day SPF30) is that I go through a 200ml bottle in about 8 days.
I would suggest take at least 3.I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!1 -
@IvanOpinion - - - - Thank you. Will do this. Also how many times did you apply the lotion during the day?IvanOpinion said:My own experience (Soltan All day SPF30) is that I go through a 200ml bottle in about 8 days.

The Soltan I use is an all day product, so just applied first thing in the morning, and then allow about 15-20 minutes before going out into the sun (we usually went for breakfast to allow it to soak in properly).williewonder said:

I'd be more concerned about protecting my skin from cancer.williewonder said:I got Hawaiian Tropic Glowing protection 30-SPF to get a beautiful tan. What UVA protection (star * system) does Hawaiian Tropic give?,
I don't use anything less than the maximum 5*s.
Aldi sun protection has 5 * s.
I've used this for some time even in tropical conditions and have never burned (which is my priority rather than 'a beautiful tan').
Sunscreen and sun safety - NHS (www.nhs.uk)When buying sunscreen, the label should have:
- a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30 to protect against UVB
- at least 4-star UVA protection

It depends where and when you're going. If you're going to Phuket in early April (where the sun is virtually overhead) then you'll need lots of high strength stuff. If you're going to Dalyan in early April (where the sun is about 30 deg off the zenith - about the same strength as the sun in London in June) then it won't need to be as strong.
It's also worth remembering that there is a mindset involved. In Dalyan for example the sun strength in mid April is stronger than at the end of August, yet most people would wear lotion consistently at the end of August but few people would put it on to the same extent in mid April.0
