Thanks for spotting that; now amended to 2025 on this thread and on the other thread as well.

    To the OP

your Mortgage or credit file are never at risk if you follow the process, submit documents before deadlines, respond to anything required by the process, act reasonably, and if you lost you would pay the claimant the amount awarded by the judge, in full, ASAP after any hearing

Nothing is at risk as long as you are diligent and follow the advice on here

Even if it was to result in a court hearing, that date could be 6 to 12 months away, in 2027

Thanks guys! So am I right in thinking that Times24 are the same as National Car Parks EUK then? So times24 are essentially the original claimant?

NCP UK went into administration some time ago

Times24 are a phoenix company, not the same company

If NCP was the original claimant, they cant change hats

So if the original pcn had NCP , they are the original claimant , not Times24

As I understand it from earlier posts. National Car Parks Group Ltd and National Car Parks Ltd are in liquidation, National Car Parks (EUK) Ltd is the former name of Times24 - this is not the same company as the NCPs that are in liquidation. The 2024 letter on page 1 of this thread gives the creditor as National Car Parks (EUK).

I agree - the original creditor does appear to be Times24 but under a previous name.

Okay, so with that given, should I just send Moorside the same letter than I did the last time they sent me a letter of claim?

    Many thanks

But was the NTK from NATIONAL CAR PARKS (EUK) LIMITED?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
