Yeokens can be collected by purchasing a participating Yeo Valley product, or by winning a runner-up prize on the daily Spin-To-Win game.

The Prize:
There will be 1 winner. The winner will receive a weekend trip to Dean Wye for the winner and one guest including 2 nights’ accommodation, food and drink, and 2 activities (minimum total value £1,000), at the winner’s discretion and subject to availability.  

Further Prize Details & Conditions:

1. The 2 night stay must be booked for arrival between 1st January 2025 and 31st May 2025.  The Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Valentine’s Day. All dates are subject to availability and early booking is advised to secure your preferred dates. The stay must be taken over 2 consecutive nights and can include either a Friday and Saturday or a Saturday and Sunday night.

2. The stay includes bed and breakfast in a Master Four Poster in the Main House, or a Dog Friendly Room in the Courtyard, subject to availability. The stay is not valid with special events or group bookings. 

3. The winner will be contacted by The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Tourism and booking details will be confirmed by phone/email.

4. Preferred activities can be selected upon booking the dates with The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley will book in the activities to ensure they align with the dates of accommodation.

5. Exact activities are subject to availability and may vary depending on weather conditions. Certain activities will require particular levels of health or fitness. The winner should ensure that themselves and their guest are capable of meeting the required standards. 

6. If an activity is delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions, The Forest and Dean and Wye Valley will communicate with the winner to provide a suitable alternative out of the available options.

8. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

9. If the guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult with their guardian’s consent. 

10. The meal credits have a value of £200 to be used at the hotel during the Prize visit. No change will be given if the full credits are not used. Any food or drink purchased in excess of the £200 credit must be paid for. These must be pre-booked so that we can arrange for the credit to be applied. 

11. The accommodation is pet-friendly, however prior notice at the booking stage must be provided and permission is subject to the Promoter’s discretion.  A maximum of two dogs are permitted. This is room dependent (see above) and will be confirmed upon booking.  

12. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.

13. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of any meals and drinks beyond their credit, additional nights and services together with related taxes.

14. The Prize is as stated, and all elements must be taken together. 

15. The Prize is not transferrable to another individual and no compensation will be provided if it cannot be taken by the winner. 

16. Other than as specified, the Promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the Prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the winner as a result of accepting this Prize. No correspondence will be entered into. 

17. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

18. The winner and their guest must abide by the terms and conditions set by Visit Dean Wye or the accommodation provider. It is the winner and their guest’s responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the venue. 

19. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the winner and/or their guest being required to leave the venue.

20. Once the Prize details including dates are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner. 

21. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
